- Free for everyone
- No signup needed
- Works on any device
How to use
- Choose a PDF file.
- Pick how to split: by page ranges, every few pages, every page, or extract pages.
- Check the previews: each page shows which file it goes into.
- Select Split PDF and download the files, one by one or all in a ZIP.
Examples
A scanned bundle holds three documents
Choose By page ranges and type 1-4, 5-9, 10-. You get three PDFs, named after their pages, and can download them one by one or together in a ZIP.
Only the signed pages are needed
Choose Extract pages, tap the pages you want in the preview, or type 2, 7-8, and save them as one new PDF.
A long report must be sent in parts
Choose Every few pages and enter 10. A 45-page report becomes five files: four of 10 pages and one of 5.
Limitations
- One PDF at a time, up to 50 MB and 200 pages.
- Password-protected PDFs cannot be split. Remove the password in the app that created the file first.
- Fillable form fields, digital signatures and attachments may not be preserved. Splitting invalidates digital signatures.

Troubleshooting
The PDF is marked as protected
That PDF is encrypted. Open it in the app that created it, remove the password and save a new copy.
A page is not in any file
With page ranges, pages you do not list are left out and marked Skipped in the preview. Add them to a range, such as 9- for the rest of the document.
