Which image tool do I need?
If a form says your file is too large, start with Compress image or Meet an upload limit. If it asks for exact pixel dimensions, use Resize image. If it only accepts a particular format such as JPG, use Convert image.
File size and dimensions are different
File size is measured in kilobytes (KB) or megabytes (MB) and depends on compression. Dimensions are the width and height in pixels. Reducing dimensions usually reduces file size too, but compression can make a file smaller without changing its dimensions.
